Returns policy

We want orders to arrive as expected. If something is wrong, contact support quickly so the issue can be reviewed while tracking and delivery details are fresh.

Return window

Return requests for unused and unworn items should be sent within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging, tags and accessories included where applicable.

Non-returnable items

Used items, worn items, damaged-by-customer items, customized items and final-sale items are not eligible for a standard return unless they arrived incorrect or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If the wrong item arrives or something is damaged in transit, contact support with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and offer the most practical fix.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a W2Cult fulfillment error or confirmed item defect.
