Product pages show the available item details, variants and estimated pricing. An order is created when checkout is completed and accepted by the store.

Prices are shown before checkout and the final amount is confirmed before payment. Card payments are processed by the hosted payment provider, and W2Cult does not store card details.

Some items are sourced after purchase. If an item, variant or batch is no longer available, W2Cult may contact you with an alternative, delay update or refund option.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Tracking details are provided when available, and the order page remains the main status source after checkout.

Return requests and order issues are handled under the returns policy. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact support with the order number and photos as soon as possible.
